Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your item. The item must be in its original, unused condition with tags, and you’ll need proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp. Approved returns will receive a shipping label and instructions. Unapproved returns are not accepted. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your item upon arrival. Contact us if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and giveaway items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Refunds are processed through the original payment method, except cash, which will be refunded via Mpesa. Refunds cover the item’s cost but exclude shipping, customs fees, taxes, and packaging. Refunds are issued upon return approval.
